We at Fitzroy Finest Foods are committed to customer satisfaction and guarantee to offer a full refund on any purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables within 24 hours of purchase.
Our refund policy covers any purchase of produce that has arrived unsatisfactory due to quality issues, and any orders resulting in overpayment. If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of their purchase, we will issue a full refund on their purchase price.
In order for us to provide a refund, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of the original purchase of their unsatisfactory produce or overpayment via phone or Email.
We will not issue a refund if the customer neglects to notify us within the agreed upon time frame, or if the produce has been damaged during the return shipment.
